- Heavy cream 1 cup
- Sugar 1 teaspoon
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper ½ teaspoon
- Dried basil 1 teaspoon
- Dried oregano ½ teaspoon
- Bay leaf 1
- Parmesan cheese for garnish
