For the Herby Ranch Sauce:

  • ½ cup yogurt or mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste

For Serving:

  • 4 pita breads
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Sliced tomatoes

Instructions
  

Prepare the Oven

  • Preheat your oven to 200°C. This helps cook everything evenly and quickly.

Slice Ingredients

  • Cut chicken into thin strips. Slice peppers and onion. Keep pieces even for better cooking.

Season the Chicken

  • Place chicken and vegetables in a bowl. Add olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until everything is coated.

Arrange on Sheet Pan

  • Spread the mixture on a sheet pan. Make sure it is in one layer. This helps everything roast properly.
