Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons gelatin powder
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1/2 cup warm water

Instructions

Prepare the Raspberries

  • Place raspberries in a blender or bowl. Blend or mash until smooth. This creates a fresh and fruity base. Strain if you want a smoother texture.

Mix Lemon Juice and Coconut Water

  • In a bowl, add lemon juice and coconut water. Stir well. This forms the electrolyte base that helps with hydration and energy.

Add Sweetener

  • Add honey or maple syrup to the mixture. Stir until fully dissolved. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed. It should be lightly sweet and refreshing.

Bloom the Gelatin

  • In a small bowl, add gelatin to warm water. Let it sit for 2–3 minutes. This step helps the gummies set properly and become firm.

Heat the Mixture

  • Pour raspberry puree, lemon mixture and gelatin into a saucepan. Heat on low flame. Stir gently until everything is fully combined. Do not boil.

Add Sea Salt

  • Add a small pinch of sea salt. Stir well. This helps balance electrolytes and enhances the flavor naturally.

Fill the Molds

  • Carefully pour the mixture into silicone molds. Use a dropper or spoon for accuracy. Work slowly to avoid spills.

Chill the Gummies

  • Place molds in the fridge. Chill for at least 2–3 hours. The gummies will firm up and become chewy.

Remove and Store

  • Take gummies out of molds gently. Store them in an airtight container. Keep them in the fridge for freshness.

Notes

  • Use strawberries instead of raspberries for a sweeter taste
  • Add lime juice for extra citrus flavor
  • Use agar agar instead of gelatin for vegan version
  • Add chia seeds for extra nutrition
  • Freeze molds for faster setting
  • Adjust sweetness based on fruit ripeness
