Ingredients

  • 1 cup brewed strong coffee cooled
  • ½ cup coconut milk full-fat or light
  • 1 –2 tablespoons pink syrup rose syrup or strawberry syrup
  • 1 teaspoon sugar or honey optional
  • ½ cup ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon coconut cream optional, for topping
  • A few dried rose petals or shredded coconut for garnish

Instructions

Brew and Cool the Coffee

  • Start by brewing a strong cup of coffee. Let it cool completely before using. Warm coffee will melt the ice too quickly and dilute the flavor. You can also chill it in the fridge for faster results.

Prepare the Pink Coconut Milk

  • In a small bowl or cup, mix coconut milk with pink syrup. Stir well until the color turns soft pink. Taste it and adjust sweetness if needed. This is where the magic color comes from.

Fill the Glass with Ice

  • Take a tall glass and fill it halfway with ice cubes. This keeps your drink cold and refreshing. You can use large cubes for a slower melt or crushed ice for a colder feel.

Pour the Coffee

  • Slowly pour the cooled coffee over the ice. Fill about two-thirds of the glass. The dark coffee will create a beautiful contrast with the pink milk later.

Add the Pink Coconut Layer

  • Now gently pour the pink coconut milk over the coffee. Do it slowly for a layered look. The colors will blend slightly, creating a pretty swirl effect.

Add Creamy Topping (Optional)

  • If you like a richer drink, add a spoon of coconut cream on top. It makes the latte more indulgent and smooth. This step is optional but highly recommended.

Garnish and Serve

  • Sprinkle some dried rose petals or shredded coconut on top. Give it a gentle stir before drinking. Enjoy your homemade Pink Coconut Iced Latte right away.

Notes

  • Use cold brew coffee for a smoother taste.
  • Add vanilla extract for a warm flavor twist.
  • Try almond milk instead of coconut milk for a lighter version.
  • Use beetroot powder for natural pink color without syrup.
  • Add whipped cream for a dessert-style drink.
  • Freeze coffee into ice cubes to avoid dilution.
  • Use maple syrup instead of sugar for a deeper sweetness.
