Wash the Leaves

  • Take fresh pennywort leaves and wash them well. Remove dirt and any damaged parts. Clean leaves give a better taste and safe drink.

Prepare the Leaves

  • Cut the leaves into small pieces. This helps them blend easily and release their natural flavor.

Add to Blender

  • Place the chopped leaves into a blender. Add cold water to help with blending.

Blend the Mixture

  • Blend for 1–2 minutes until smooth. The liquid will turn bright green and slightly thick.

Strain the Juice

  • Pour the mixture through a strainer into a bowl. Press gently to extract all the juice.

  • Add sugar or honey to the juice. Stir well until it dissolves completely.

Chill the Juice
