Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded or diced
  • 1 cup celery finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup red onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup grapes halved
  • 1/4 cup almonds chopped (optional)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
  

Prepare the Chicken

  • Cook chicken if not already done. Shred or dice it into small pieces. Place in a large mixing bowl.

Chop the Vegetables

Add Grapes and Nuts

  • Halve the grapes and chop almonds. Fold them into the salad carefully. They add crunch and sweetness.

Garnish and Serve

  • Sprinkle fresh parsley on top. Serve the salad immediately or refrigerate for an hour for chilled flavor.
