- 1 small lemon peeled
- 1- inch piece of fresh ginger
- ½ cup cold water if using blender
Prepare Blender or Juicer
Juice or Blend Ingredients
Juice celery, apple, cucumber, spinach, lemon and ginger. Blend until smooth if using blender.
- Add parsley or kale for more nutrients
- Use honey or agave for a sweeter taste
- Add cucumber ice cubes for extra chill
- Use cold water for smoother blending
