Ingredients
  

  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1 green apple
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 small lemon peeled
  • 1- inch piece of fresh ginger
  • ½ cup cold water if using blender

Instructions
  

Wash All Ingredients

  • Rinse vegetables and fruit under cold water. Make sure they are clean and fresh for the best taste.

Chop Ingredients

  • Cut celery, apple, cucumber and ginger into small pieces. Peel lemon and remove seeds carefully.

Prepare Blender or Juicer

  • If using juicer, turn it on. For blender, add ingredients and cold water for easy blending.

Juice or Blend Ingredients

  • Juice celery, apple, cucumber, spinach, lemon and ginger. Blend until smooth if using blender.

Strain if Needed

  • If using blender, pour juice through a fine strainer. Press pulp to get maximum juice.

Pour and Serve

  • Pour green juice into glasses. Add ice if desired. Drink immediately for best freshness.
