Prep Your Wet Ingredients
Crack the egg into a bowl. Add water, melted butter, and vanilla. Whisk until smooth. Takes 1 minute.
Mix in the Dry Stuff
Add Kodiak mix, baking powder and salt. Stir gently. Don't overmix—lumps are okay for fluffy waffles.
Heat the Waffle Iron
Plug in your waffle iron. Let it get hot. Spray with oil. No sticking!
Pour and Cook
Scoop 1/4 cup batter per waffle. Close lid. Cook 3-4 mins till golden. Steam stops? It's done.
Serve Hot
Lift waffles out with spatula. Stack them high. Top with favorites. Enjoy right away!
