  • 4 burger buns
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Tomato slices

Prepare the Burger Mixture

  • Take a large bowl and add ground turkey. Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Crack in the egg. Add breadcrumbs and spices. Mix everything gently using your hands until well combined.

Shape the Patties

  • Divide the mixture into equal portions. Shape each portion into a round patty. Make sure they are not too thick. This helps them cook evenly and stay juicy inside.

Heat the Pan

  • Place a frying pan on medium heat. Add a little olive oil. Let it heat gently. A warm pan helps the burgers cook evenly and prevents sticking.

Cook the Burgers
