Instructions
  

Prepare the Potatoes

  • Peel and chop the potatoes into even pieces. Place them in a saucepan with water. Add a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil and cook until soft.

Mash the Potatoes

  • Drain the cooked potatoes well. Add butter and milk. Mash until smooth and creamy. Set aside. This will be the topping for your pie.

Heat the Pan

  • Place a frying pan on medium heat. Add olive oil and let it warm up. This step helps cook the meat evenly and adds flavor.

Cook the Onion and Carrots
