Prepare the Ingredients

  • Cut beef into chunks. Chop onion, garlic, carrots, and mushrooms. Keep everything ready before cooking.

Heat the Oil

  • Place a large pot on medium heat. Add olive oil and let it warm gently.

Brown the Beef
