  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup cooked white rice
  • Fresh cilantro for topping
  • Lime wedges for serving

Prepare the Crockpot

  • Place your crockpot on the counter. Spray it lightly with oil. This helps with easy cleanup later. Add the chicken breasts to the bottom. Lay them flat so they cook evenly.

Add Beans and Vegetables

  • Pour in the white beans, black beans and corn. Add chopped onion and garlic. Spread everything around the chicken. This helps flavors mix slowly as it cooks.
