Ingredients
  

  • Mixed candied fruit – 3 cups
  • Chopped dates – 1 cup
  • Raisins – 1 cup
  • Chopped pecans – 1 cup
  • All-purpose flour – 2 cups
  • Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt – ½ teaspoon
  • Brown sugar – 1 cup
  • Unsalted butter – ½ cup softened
  • Eggs – 3 large
  • Vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon
  • Milk – ½ cup

Instructions
  

Prepare the Pan

  • Line loaf pan with parchment paper. Lightly grease it.

Preheat the Oven

  • Set oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit. Let it heat fully.

Mix Dry Ingredients

  • Combine flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl.

Cream Butter and Sugar

  • Mix butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

Add Eggs

  • Add eggs one at a time. Mix well after each addition.

Add Vanilla
