Ingredients

  • 8 small tortillas corn or flour
  • 1 ½ cups green enchilada sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or mozzarella
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup chopped onions
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions
  

Prepare the Chicken Filling

  • In a pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add onions and cook until soft. Add shredded chicken, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Mix well and cook for a few minutes.

Add Creaminess

Warm the Tortillas
