  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Olive oil spray

Drain and Flake the Salmon

  • Open the salmon cans and drain the liquid completely. Place the salmon into a large bowl. Use a fork to gently flake it into small pieces. Remove any large bones if present. The texture should look even and soft.

Add the Binding Ingredients

  • Add breadcrumbs and the egg into the bowl. These ingredients help hold the patties together. Mix lightly with a fork. Do not overmix. The mixture should start to look thick and slightly sticky.

Add Flavor and Seasoning
